New Features:
- Screen mirroring mode is newly supported for HUAWEI HiCar: Available for Huawei mobile phones running HarmonyOS 6.0 and above, enabling floating-window screen mirroring of the phone on the vehicle infotainment system.
- ICCOA CarLink now supports Samsung smartphones: For domestic Samsung models with OneUI 8.0 or higher, floating-window phone screen mirroring on the car machine is available.
- Internet sharing function is added for selected OPPO, vivo and Xiaomi models during phone-vehicle interconnection: The vehicle infotainment system can directly access the mobile cellular network with one-click connection.
- A panoramic dashcam function is newly added, supporting preview, recording and playback from five viewing angles.
- High-risk video upload is enabled for Sentry Mode, allowing users to view historical videos from the past 7 days via the BYD mobile APP.
- Wi-Fi quick transfer to mobile phones is supported for videos recorded by the dashcam and Sentry Mode.
- Local and USB drive quick export is added to Sentry Mode; users can select videos for export to target devices on the Sentry Mode video playback page.
- Parking Assist is assigned to the custom steering wheel hotkey.
- Emergency Stop Assist is newly available for highway and expressway scenarios. If the driver fails to hold the steering wheel for an extended period or multiple times, the vehicle will pull over to the roadside and slow down to a stop as a priority measure.
- Functions including voice wake-up and reporting of driving assistance events by long-pressing the distance button on the steering wheel are newly added.
Feature Optimizations:
- The default map is switched to the customized Amap version to improve navigation stability and accuracy. Saved locations and routes will be reset.
- Revised permission logic for privacy management.
- Revised activation logic for the panoramic view function.
- Optimized system UI display and text prompts.
- Optimized the strategy of the adjacent vehicle avoidance function to enhance user experience.
- Low-light detection strategy is added to the Parking Assist function.
- Improved target recognition stability of millimeter-wave radars.
Important Notes:
Installing uncertified unofficial aftermarket devices (such as ambient lights, window closers, etc.) via the vehicle bus or OBD (On-Board Diagnostics) interface may cause OTA upgrade failures or abnormal vehicle functions. Please remove all such devices before performing the OTA update.
