1、用5053，先把56收音调谐器“匹配”–“开发模式”打开，把“0”改成“1”然后点保存。不把它的开发模式激活，SD卡里面有固件刷机文件也是不能启动的。
2、将文件夹名为sw_update复制到SD卡根目录下（即打开就看见sw_update文件夹），文件夹内的文件名为manufacturing.bin，将manufacturing.bin直接复制到SD卡根目录下是不能被运行的，不能启动刷机的。
3、把光盘全部取出，收音机处于FM播音状态，此时将SD卡插入，屏幕上就出现白条，此时不要关机，最好也不要开关车门，就大约等4-5分钟就能白条走到头，显示ok，此时拔出SD卡，再重启RCD510。不拔出卡你开机就又刷一遍。
