Best thing is also that Application is set so that it works with any VCDS app version and with any VCDS device model ! Inside archive is included detailed video instruction how it works. Tested on Windows 10 and Windows 7 x64 bit. Please report if you find any BUGS.
NOTICE: To use it copy VCDS INTERNET BLOCKER.exe direct to your Desktop and run, do not run from USB flash drive or from subfolder.
